Refund and Returns Policy

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, I offer the following return policy.


Items purchased from the main store will receive a full refund if returned in 30 days. Beyond this timeframe a full refund will not be granted, but a partial refund may be accepted in special circumstances. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Custom Items

Custom made pieces take a lot of time, planning, and materials to create. They are made specifically to your requests. Therefore, full refunds are not offered on custom orders.

Free repairs, minus shipping charges, are offered for a full year after purchase for custom orders.

Each custom order is unique in its process and circumstances, therefore exclusions apply and special circumstances shall be considered on a case-by-case basis.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
